At TMR Decor, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • With tags attached (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase once approved and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase included.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
